Leiutis is a pharma innovation company that focuses on speciality therapeutics and has a successful track record of successful products and research with global partners. The company had a very intrinsic culture and work system in place that they wanted to communicate to the stakeholders and team members. We worked on designing a creative conceptualisation for the communication material that helped the readers understand the company’s working and SMILE culture in an engaging manner rather than being just an instruction manual.
